Get spooky this Halloween with a rich and mysterious Halloween Charcoal Latte, made with Javy Coffee Concentrate and the deep, chocolatey flavor of Javy Mocha Coffee Syrup. Activated charcoal gives this latte its striking black color, making it a fun and festive drink for Halloween.

Ingredients

  • 1–2 teaspoons Javy Coffee Concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon Javy Mocha Coffee Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon activated charcoal powder (food-grade)
  • 8 oz (1 cup) milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice
  • Whipped cream (optional for garnish)
  • Chocolate shavings (optional)

Directions

  1. In a mug or glass, mix Javy Coffee Concentrate, Javy Mocha Coffee Syrup, and activated charcoal powder. Stir well until the charcoal is fully dissolved.
  2. Froth milk (or use cold milk for an iced version) and pour it over the charcoal coffee mixture. Stir gently to combine. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Optionally, top with whipped cream chocolate shavings
